Buy to Let Event

Lawton & Dawe have teamed up with some great colleagues at Compass Mortgages, Edward Harte Solicitors, Elford Chartered Surveyors and Gibson Appleby Chartered Accountants for an evening of buy to let talk and advice!

We know that the process of becoming a landlord, from the financial planning, to finding the right property with the best yield, to the management and ensuring all your tax affairs are in order – it can be a minefield!

Alongside those listed above, Lawton & Dawe are hosting an event to cover off all questions relating to the buy to let market and it’s possible pitfalls! The event is free, with refreshments provided and is being held at Sussex Yacht Club from 6.30pm on the 21^st September.
